We perform plating solution and environmental analysis and characterization
of the plating films in the pursuit of their stability and to improve their
quality.
Waste water generated in our manufacturing processes is internally processed
by being separated into various kinds of waste water that is purified to
a water quality better than the specified Kobe city sewer drainage reference
value, and which is then drained into the Kobe City Public Sewer.
At the Seishin factory in particular an advanced process is utilized on
used water, with 95% of it being recycled as purified water.
Sludge generated in the process is not discarded as industrial waste but
instead recollected as a resource by a dedicated company.
